Charming location near the cruise port made getting to my ship super easy. The room had a clean feel, and quality air conditioning kept the space comfortable. I particularly loved the breakfast, featuring fresh pastries and good coffee, making it the perfect start to my day. However, the shower size was a bit of a letdown. it felt cramped and was hard to maneuver in. I also noticed some old furnishings that could use updating. My experience with staff was mostly positive, but I encountered one individual at checkout who seemed bothered by my request for feedback, which felt off-putting. Access to local dining options was great, but some areas of the hotel could benefit from a little more attention to detail.

Easy walk to the shuttle bus (literally right across the street! ) and the service was fantastic (seriously, Giuseppe went out of his way to help us! ). Clean room with a decent bathroom.

the tiny shower was utterly ridiculous, not sure how anyone could fit in there! i also noticed how the staff acted like they were doing me a favor rather than providing service. after all, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, considering the health hazards of the unnatural room spray. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The small elevator may require patience, and the beds were notably firm, which took some getting used to. However, the helpful staff made our stay pleasant, ensuring we got to the shuttle quickly.

It was cost effective for a one night stay before boarding. The staff showed us where to catch the shuttle to the cruise ship. The included breakfast was ample and well varied. The location was perfect for walking to the port. The room was simple but clean.
